Please be advised of the CobbleField Owner’s Association’s policy regarding weeds and vines, which is that no homeowner shall be permitted to have weeds or vines reaching from their property through to the common-side of fences. Accordingly, the Homeowner’s Association will trim and remove the plant materials from the common-area side of all properties
