Landscape Edging

The board and architectural committee have established the following as a policy for landscape edging.

  • Border edging material to be made of concrete or plastic – wood is not permitted.  Cinder blocks (cement construction blocks) are prohibited but molded concrete and bricks are acceptable. 
  • Border edging must be no higher than 6 inches above ground.
  • Edging material color to be of an earth tone, including grey and black. White is not permitted.
  • A cement border may be poured and installed as a permanent fixture.
A Request for Change form is required:  Deliver/Send the completed Request for Change  form – along with any required back-up materials – to the management company. This form must be submitted and approved before any work is started.  Failure to do so could be costly.
