Landscape Edging
The board and architectural committee have established a policy for landscape edging. This policy, plus further details, will be added to this within the next few days but for a sneak peek, here are the basics.
- Border edging material to be made of concrete or plastic – wood is not permitted. Cinder blocks (cement construction blocks) are prohibited but molded concrete and bricks are acceptable.
- Border edging must be no higher than 6 inches above ground.
- Edging material color to be of an earth tone, including grey and black. White is not permitted.
- If a cement border is to be poured and installed as a permanent fixture, a Request for Exterior Change form needs to be submitted and approved prior to installation, providing details regarding material, edging design, color and location(s).
