What if I’m painting everything the same color it is now?
If you intend on exactly matching your current paint colors, you don’t have to submit a Request for Change form.
What if I want to pick new colors?
If you plan on making any changes to the existing color choices for your doors, shutters, trim, or siding, you will need to submit a Request for Change form to the Architectural Review Committee.
Approved color schemes
Approved exterior paint colors for CobbleField can be found on Sherwin Williams’ website. The CobbleField Owners Association should already be selected. If it’s not, you can view the colors by choosing the following options from the drop down menus; FL, Gainesville, and CobbleField Owners Association then clicking Search.
Instructions
- Start with choosing one of the numbered Color Schemes
- The lightest color from the numbered Color Scheme will be your Trim color
- Pick an accent color for your front Door
- Pick an accent color for your Shutters
- Optionally, select an Accent color for any decorative vents or louvers. Otherwise, these will be the same as your Trim color.
- Print out the Request for Exterior Change form.
- On the form list the:
- Color Scheme #:
- Body color: Name & SW color #
- Trim color: Name & SW color #
- Door color: Name & SW color #
- Shutters color: Name & SW color #
- Submit a Request for Exterior Change form to the management company email address listed on the form.
- Wait for your Approved request for change from the Architectural Review Committee prior to beginning work.
Notes
- Door, Shutters, and Accent colors can be the same or different color selections from the same Color Scheme.
- The Garage Door will be the same as the Body color.
- Be aware that colors viewed online may not accurately reflect the color observed in natural light. We recommend confirming your color choices at a local Sherwin-Williams store.
