Landscaping / Planting Beds

Owners may replace any plant in their planting beds with the same or similar plants at any time without requiring approval.

Redesigning the planting beds, changing the footprint of the beds, or replacing more than 25% of your existing plants with different size or shape plants requires the approval of the Architectural Review Committee.

Request for Change: Deliver/Send the completed Request for Exterior Change form – along with your designs/plans – to the management company. This form must be submitted and approved before any work is started.
