Open Houses

The placement of Realtor and For Sale by Owner “OPEN HOUSE “ signs are permitted to be placed off property, with the following restrictions:

• No more than two OPEN HOUSE signs are permitted to be placed off your property within the CobbleField development (common areas and public right of ways). This does not include an OPEN HOUSE sign placed upon the property.
• The posting of the OPEN HOUSE sign(s) may not occur prior to the day of the open house.
• OPEN HOUSE signs must be removed no later than 2 hours after the scheduled end time of the open house, or by 7:00 PM, which ever is earlier.
• The size of the open house sign must be no larger than 24” x 24”
