Pool/Pavilion
Access
Access is allowed only but using an activated key fob. To request a key fob, please acquaint yourself with these rules and use the form near the bottom of this page.
Pool access hours are from 6:30AM to 9:00PM. The access system will not allow anyone to enter the pool between the hours of 9:01PM and 6:29AM. If you somehow are in the pavilion after 9:00PM, in order to exit, you must push the red “EXIT” button located on the wall next to the double doors. The key fob will not unlock the gates after 9:00PM
Please be aware that anyone inside the pavilion after 9:00PM is considered trespassing. This includes vehicles in the parking lot.
Please call the Alachua County Sheriff’s Office non-emergency number (955-1818) if you see anyone inside the pavilion or any car in the parking lot after 9:00PM and before 6:30AM.
- Please confirm that the gate is latched and locked after entering or exiting the pool gates.
- DO NOT prop the gates open
- DO NOT give your pool key fob to another person to use, as the owner of the key fob is responsible for any actions and/or damages to the facilities by any person using the fob.
- DO NOT unlock the gate and allow anyone to enter the pool if they have a key fob that will not unlock the gate. There are several reasons why a fob will not work:
- Many other access systems use key fobs that look exactly like ours, but will not work with our system. Just because they have a key fob, do not assume they are a resident, and are entitled to use our facilities.
- Resident’s, who are significantly delinquent in paying their Association Dues, will have their key fobs disabled, whereby denying them access to the pool pavilion. This action is permitted per our covenants.
- Trying to gain access to the pool outside of the access hours (6:30AM to 9:00PM)
These rules are put in place to provide security to our residents and to protect our facility from vandalism and trespassers. Any resident found violating these rules may have their key fob disabled, whereby denying them any further access to the pool pavilion for a specified length of time.
